Language Access Services

Trillium is committed to helping our members access culturally responsive care and meet their whole health goals. We ensure our members receive information and resources in the language and format they prefer:

  • The Trillium Member Handbook has been translated into approximately 20 languages, with additional translations available upon member request.
  • Trillium Member Services can arrange for an interpreter to be on phone calls so members can ask questions and receive information in their preferred language.
  • Trillium members may have a language or sign language interpreter at their healthcare visits. To arrange this, members can:
    • Call Trillium Member Services at 877-600-5472 (TTY: 711).
    • Call their doctor’s office and ask them to schedule an interpreter for the appointment.
