Oregon ECHO Network Assessment

The Oregon ECHO Network (OEN) creates virtual, interactive continuing education courses for health professionals across the state. They have developed a survey to find out what topics interest you for future Project ECHO® (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) programs. ECHO programs are offered at no-cost to participants. Continuing education credits (CME, CEU, etc.) are usually available.

This survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
