Help Oregon Health Plan Members Renew Coverage

Since March 2020, during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, the federal government has paused Medicaid eligibility verifications – a process known as redetermination. Due to a proposal in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 passed by Congress, states may resume the process of redetermining individuals’ Medicaid eligibility beginning April 1, 2023.
Trillium would like to collaborate with you to ensure our members – and all Medicaid beneficiaries across Oregon – understand the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) renewal process and have completed all necessary requirements.
To confirm eligibility and renew their OHP/Medicaid coverage, OHP members must update their household information.
To update member information, OHP members may do any of the following:
- Contact their Oregon Health Authority eligibility worker
- Visit ONE.Oregon.gov
- Call Trillium Member Services at 1-877-600-5472
If you serve OHP members, encourage them to update their contact information with OHA. Members can also check the Oregon Health Authority website and the Community Partner Outreach Program website to locate application assisters.
