Community Capacity Building Funds Virtual Webinar: February 22, 2024

Join us to learn about a new funding opportunity in Oregon!

The Community Services Network and Trillium invite you to an upcoming webinar to learn about a new funding opportunity for community based organizations.

Through Oregon's 1115 Medicaid waiver, the state will cover new services called Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN), that are for Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members experiencing certain life transitions. Oregon is providing HRSN Community Capacity Building Funding to support organizations interested in becoming HRSN providers. The Oregon Health Authority will distribute this funding regionally to CCOs, including Trillium. Trillium and other CCOs will be responsible for reviewing applications, awarding funds, and monitoring use of the funds.
